ABOUT THE DRAMATURG
BIOGRAPHY
A recent graduate of Villanova University where she earned both a Master of Arts in Theatre, specializing in New Play Development and Dramaturgy, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Performance Studies.
She has proven herself as an integral part of numerous developmental processes, bringing her expertise as a dramaturg and director to the forefront. Her most recent achievement was her role as production dramaturg for the world premiere of Chrysalis, collaborating with renowned figures Edward Sobel and Kathryn Petersen.
Her journey in the world of theater has also included collaborative efforts with acclaimed institutions and programs, including The Lir Academy, Sue Winge Festival, The New Ohio Theatre, Fringe Arts, New York Classical Theatre, and the Gotham Comedy Club.

Ryan's dramaturgical philosophy intertwines an athletic approach to script analysis, vulnerability, and research all while incorporating elements of play and wonder.
